Junior Business Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities
• Support the design and execution of Smart’s growth strategies and initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver management and analytical reports to support senior-level decision-making.
• Monitor and evaluate OKRs and KPIs, providing regular progress updates.
• Analyze core business problems and propose data-driven, practical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial and Operations teams to identify challenges and opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Proficiency in analytical and data mining tools: SQL, Excel, BI tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker).
• Strong skills in business reporting and storytelling (writing management reports and presenting insights).
• Solid understanding of KPI frameworks and OKR lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose actionable, data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration (Growth, Commercial, Operations, Product).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst / Strategy Analyst / Product Ops in startups or FMCG / retail companies.
