Job Title: .NET Tech Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated .NET Tech Lead to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem and proven experience in leading development teams. You will be responsible for designing and overseeing complex software systems, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality code delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using .NET Core/.NET Framework.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks.
- Review and approve technical designs, architecture decisions, and code changes.
- Guide, mentor, and support a team of .NET developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations in back-end services and APIs.
- Ensure application security, stability, and maintainability.
- Coordinate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline maintenance and cloud deployment (e.g., Azure or AWS).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technological trends and advancements in the .NET ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Expert knowledge of C#, .NET Core/.NET 5+, and ASP.NET (MVC/Web API).
- Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Proficiency in source control tools (Git) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, MCPD) are a plus.
