• آشنایی با روش‌های توسعه و نگهداشت پرسنل.
• آشنایی با سیستم تردد و حضور و غیاب.
• آشنایی با فرایند آنبوردینگ و آفبوردینگ.
• آشنایی با الزامات استاندارد ایزو 10015.
• مسلط به مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه اکسل.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
• صبور، منظم و پیگیر.
• روحیه کار تیمی.

Familiarity with human resource training, such as needs assessment methods, training course design, effectiveness evaluation methods
Getting to know the performance evaluation system
Familiarity with personnel development and maintenance methods
Getting to know the traffic and attendance system
Getting to know the onboarding and offboarding process
Familiarity with ISO 10015 standard requirements
Proficiency in office software, especially Excel
Proficiency in English
