وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها
- پاسخگویی و پشتیبانی فنی کاربران در دفتر مرکزی و سایت‌های تولیدی (حضوری و از راه دور)
- نصب، راه‌اندازی و نگهداری تجهیزات سخت‌افزاری مانند کامپیوتر، تلفن، پرینتر، اسکنر و سایر تجهیزات جانبی
- بررسی، به‌روز رسانی و رفع مشکلات نرم‌افزاری (سیستم‌عامل، آفیس، نرم‌افزارهای عمومی و تخصصی سازمان)
- رفع ایرادات تجهیزات معیوب، پیگیری و ارسال آن جهت تعمیر
- نصب و نگهداری تجهیزات شبکه، کابل‌کشی، نود و رفع مشکلات پسیو
- عیب‌یابی و نگهداری سرورها
- انجام امور پشتیبان‌گیری اطلاعات و اطمینان از امنیت داده‌ها
- تهیه گزارش‌های فنی مورد نیاز برای مدیران مربوطه
شایستگی‌های تخصصی و رفتاری
- دارای مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهندسی کامپیوتر یا فناوری اطلاعات
- تسلط به مفاهیم +Network و +A، مهارت در اسمبل و عیب‌یابی سیستم‌ها و آشنا با CCNA
- تسلط به ویندوز 10، 11 و نرم‌افزارهای Microsoft Office
- مسلط به مفاهیم MCSA و آشنا با MCSE
- جنسیت: آقا
- حداکثر سن: 30 سال
- دارای کارت پایان خدمت یا معافیت دائم
- توانایی حل مسئله و ارائه راهکارهای سریع و مؤثر
- مهارت در برقراری ارتباط و پاسخ گویی مناسب به کاربران
- روحیه همکاری، مسئولیت پذیری و پیگیری بالا
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsibilities and technical support of users in the central office and production sites (in person and remotely)
- Installation, commissioning and maintenance of hardware equipment such as computers, telephones, printers, scanners and other peripherals
- Checking, updating and solving software problems (operating system, office, general and specialized software of the organization)
- Fixing defects of faulty equipment, tracking and sending it for repair
- Installation and maintenance of network equipment, cabling, Solving passive problems
- troubleshooting and maintaining servers
- performing information backup and ensuring data security
- preparing technical reports required for relevant managers

- having a bachelor's degree in computer engineering or information technology
- mastery of +Network and +A concepts, skill in assembling and troubleshooting systems and familiar with CCNA
- mastery of Windows 10, 11 and software Microsoft Office software
- Proficient in MCSA concepts and familiar with MCSE
