About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Specialist to join our core business team and support the execution and growth of Invi’s services.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with exposure to strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the Business Lead and MGMT team to ensure daily operations, projects, and business development activities are properly followed up, documented, and executed.
Key Responsibilities
● Follow up on business initiatives, partnerships, contracts, and ongoing agreements
● Support regulatory processes, licensing, formal applications, and coordination with external organizations
● Prepare and maintain clear project documentation, meeting minutes, follow-ups, and official correspondence
● Support initiation, development and launch of new lines and services
● Assist in business planning, fi nancial projections, and internal reporting
Help design and implement lightweight, cross‑departmental structures and frameworks for goal setting, performance tracking, and periodic performance reviews across the organization
● Support preparation of performance and management reports
● Coordinate cross‑functional execution across product, operations, customer support, compliance, and fi nance teams
● Track action items, timelines, and deliverables across key initiatives, and support teams when needed to ensure projects progress according to plan
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Management, or Engineering
● 1–3 years of experience in business development, operations, or a similar role
● Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze reports, dashboards, and operational data to identify issues, extract insights, and support decision‑making
● Basic knowledge of statistics and quantitative analysis, with the ability to work confi dently with data using tools such as Excel, google sheets, etc.
● Proven ability to document processes, projects, and meetings clearly and accurately
● Strong written communication skills, especially for formal and structured documentation
● Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
● Basic understanding of fi nancial services or investment products
● Good command of English (Esp. Written)
Nice to Have
● Experience in fi ntech, investment platforms, or startups
● Familiarity with regulatory or licensing processes
● Experience preparing reports, presentations, or fi nancial models
