This position plays a vital role in collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting HR processes and data. Key competencies include data analysis, relationship management, HR expertise, communication, HR systems, and cultural awareness.
• Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems
• Collecting data from various sources such as payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews.

Requrements:
• A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in data analysis, cleansing, and organization.
• Profound ability to present data effectively using various visualization techniques.
• Proficient in Python, Power BI and Excel.
