About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital acquisition effort across multiple paid channels. In this role, you will be responsible for driving user growth, improving ROI, and scaling campaigns with a strong focus on data analysis, experimentation, and continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads – Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, PMax, Native, and others).
  • Manage large-scale budgets with a strong focus on efficiency and profitability (ROAS, CAC, LTV).
  • Define, track, and analyze campaign KPIs; provide actionable insights and regular performance reports.
  • Conduct A/B tests across ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
  • Own and maintain the company’s marketing technology stack, including Google Tag Manager, analytics platforms, and attribution tools; ensure accurate tracking, smooth integrations, and reliable data flow across all campaigns and platforms.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing / digital acquisition with a proven track record of scaling campaigns.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Discovery, PMax).
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, PostHog, or Metabase.
  • Excellent understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and tag management (GTM).
  • Basic familiarity with marketing automation platforms (WebEngage or similar) and understanding of how automation supports customer journeys, lead nurturing, and retention campaigns.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have

  • Experience in the Online Travel Agency (OTA) industry.
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools.
