شرح شغل:

• پیگیری، ردیابی و کنترل خریدهای خارجی کالا و خدمات.
• تهیه پرونده و کاربرگ سفارشات خارجی و به‌روزرسانی تا زمان بسته شدن سفارش و محاسبه بهای تمام شده سفارشات.
• ثبت و بررسی اسناد انباری لازم جهت بستن سفارشات خارجی.
• کنترل‌های مقطعی کاربرگ سفارشات با واحدهای بازرگانی و ثبت اسناد در سیستم مالی.
• مغایرت‌گیری و کنترل مانده حساب‌ها با شرکت‌های حمل و ترخیص‌کنندگان کالاها.
• پیگیری‌های لازم از واحد بازرگانی جهت برقراری ارتباط با امور مالی دفاتر خارجی، بابت وصول مستندات لازم جهت ثبت و ضبط اسناد مالی.
• کنترل و رفع مغایرت‌های احتمالی در اسناد مالی.
• ثبت اسناد مالی تسعیر در مقاطع زمانی گزارشگری مالی.

شرایط احراز:

• تسلط کامل به امور خزانه‌داری.
• تسلط کامل به امور تسهیلات و اعتبارات.
• تسلط کامل به امور مالی سفارشات خارجی.

Job Description:
*Tracking, tracking and controlling external purchases of goods and services. Foreign order and update until the order is closed and calculated for the cost of orders. Certificate and review of the necessary warehouse documents to close external orders. Cross -sectoral controls with commercial units and registration of documents in the financial system. Communication with foreign offices, for the collection of documentation for the recording of financial documents.
*Control and eliminate possible contradictions in financial documents. Financial documents at the time of financial reporting.
