We are looking for a Scrum Master to help us continue to build a great product and experience for our sellers and usersResponsibilities:Collecting, analyzing, and preparing high-quality reports on performance indicators and providing actionable insights to the team manager.Identifying work processes, designing, and implementing new processes and efficient workflows to resolve procedural issues.Recognizing and resolving conflicts within and between teams.Planning team activities based on goals and team OKRs.Contributing to defining team objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with delivery and company goals.Crisis management within teams, guiding them towards quick action to minimize damage, and developing short-term and long-term plans to resolve issues.Building high-performing teams, fostering strong collaboration among Agile teams, and educating team members on Agile principles.Requirements:Proficiency in fundamental project management concepts based on standards such as PMBOK.Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies and the ability to select the appropriate model for team implementation.Capability to effectively implement various execution frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, etc., tailored to each team’s needs.Assisting the Product Manager in prioritizing and properly preparing product backlog items to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
