Jabama is looking for a motivated IT Help Desk Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
Provide first-level helpdesk support and resolve end-user issues.
Assist in installing and maintaining basic software and hardware (computers, printers, scanners, etc.).
Troubleshoot common problems related to Windows, Mac, and basic Linux environments.
Support basic network tasks under supervision (connections, cables, Wi-Fi setup, etc.).
Escalate more complex issues to senior IT staff when needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field (students in final semesters are also welcome).
0–2 years of relevant experience in IT support/helpdesk (internships or projects count).
Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with networks (Network+ knowledge is a plus).
Eager to learn Active Directory, Microsoft services, and CCNA-related concepts.
Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to grow.
Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams.
