مدیر ارشد فنی | Chief Technology Officer

مسئولیت‌ها:

• رهبری و هدایت تیم‌ فنی و نظارت بر عملکرد آن‌ها.
• طراحی و پیاده‌سازی استراتژی‌های فنی برای تسریع دستیابی به اهداف کسب‌وکار.
• بهینه‌سازی زیرساخت‌ها و معرفی فناوری‌های نوین برای افزایش بهره‌وری و امنیت.
• همکاری نزدیک با تیم‌های محصول، بازاریابی و کسب‌وکار برای هم‌راستایی استراتژی‌های فنی با اهداف تجاری.
• نظارت بر پروژه‌های فناوری اطلاعات و ارتقای تجربه کاربری.
• ارائه گزارش‌های منظم به مدیر عامل و هیئت مدیره.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل ده سال تجربه در توسعه نرم‌افزار و مدیریت زیرساخت‌های فناوری اطلاعات؛ حداقل پنج سال سابقه رهبری تیم‌های فنی و مدیریت پروژه‌های پیچیده.
• مسلط به زبان‌ برنامه‌نویسی Python و آشنایی با معماری‌های میکروسرویس و روش‌های توسعه نرم‌افزار.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم هوش مصنوعی، یادگیری ماشین.
• تجربه کار با سرویس‌های ابری و امنیت سایبری.
• توانایی حل مسائل پیچیده و تصمیم‌گیری سریع در شرایط بحرانی.
• آشنایی با ابزارهای مدیریت پروژه مانند Jira و CI/CD.
• مسلط به متودولوژی های تولید نرم‌افزار.
• آشنایی با معماری شبکه و مفاهیم استقرار.
• مسلط به تحلیل نیازمندی‌ها.
• مسلط به تحلیل و طراحی دیتابیس.

Requirements:

• At least ten years of experience in software development and IT infrastructure management; at least five years of experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
• Proficient in Python programming language and familiarity with microservice architectures and software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with the concepts of artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
• Experience working with cloud services and cybersecurity.
• Ability to solve complex problems and make quick decisions in critical situations.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and CI/CD.
• Proficient in software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with network architecture and deployment concepts.
• Proficient in requirements analysis.
• Proficient in database analysis and design.
