شرح شغل:
- نظارت بر برنامه‌ریزی و کنترل دقیق پروژه‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط.
- تهیه گزارش از پیشرفت پروژه‌ها و ارائه آن به مدیران مرتبط.
- تشخیص و ارائه راهکار برای مشکلات و چالش‌های موجود در روند اجرای پروژه.
- همکاری نزدیک با تیم‌های مهندسی و دیگر دپارتمان‌های مرتبط پروژه‌ها.
شرایط احراز:
- مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته مهندسی صنایع (دانشگاه‌های دولتی روزانه دارای ارجحیت است).
- حداقل دو سال سابقه کاری مرتبط در صنعت پتروشیمی.
- مسلط به نرم‌افزار پریماورا.
- توانایی اداره جلسات کنترل پروژه با پیمانکاران و کارفرمایان.
- آشنا با استانداردهای مدیریت کنترل پروژه PMBOK.
- آشنا با فرایندها و مفاهیم پتروشیمیایی.
- توانایی مدیریت زمان و منابع به شکل اثربخش.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the planning and precise control of projects using related software
- Preparing reports on the progress of projects and presenting them to related managers
- Creating and applying project management strategies based on PMBOK standards
- Diagnosing and providing solutions for problems and challenges in the process Project implementation
- Close cooperation with engineering teams and other departments related to projects
Qualifications:
- Having a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering (daily public universities are preferred)
- Has at least 2 years of related work experience in the petrochemical industry
- Mastery of Primavera software
- Ability to conduct project control meetings with contractors and employers
- Familiar with PMBOK project control management standards
- Familiar with petrochemical processes and concepts - Ability to manage time and resources effectively
