سرپرست توزیع | Distribution Supervisor

شرح مسئولیت‌ها:

• تحویل گرفتن اوراق حواله‌ها از موزعین و رانندگان و بررسی آن‌ها با نرم‌افزارNGT تور تیم پخش روز قبل.
• پیگیری ارسال و عدم ارسال سفارش‌ها.
• بررسی صدور فاکتور.
• بررسی تبدیل به فاکتور شدن حواله‌ها.
• آموزش موزعین در خصوص توزیع و نگهداری از تجهیزات.
• پیگیری بارنامه‌ها برای رانندگان حومه و تعمیرات خودروهای پخش.
• بررسی و رصد خودروهای پخش با GPS.
• انجام سایر امور محوله در حدود وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها و مواردی که از سوی مقام مافوق ارجاع می‌شود.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با اصول مدیریت انبار و زنجیره تأمین.
• توانایی کار با سیستم‌های مدیریت انبار.
• مهارت در ثبت و نگهداری موجودی.
• توانایی بررسی و پردازش داده‌های انبار.
• توانایی گزارش‌دهی دقیق و منظم.
• مهارت‌های بین فردی و توانایی حل تعارضات.
• توانایی نوشتن و ویرایش مستندات انبار.

• Receiving remittance slips from distributors and drivers and checking them with the NGT Tour.
• Tracking the sending and non-sending of orders.
• Checking the issuance of invoices.
• Checking the conversion of remittances into invoices.
• Training distributors on the distribution and maintenance of equipment.
• Tracking bills of lading for suburban drivers and repairs of distribution vehicles.
• Checking and monitoring distribution vehicles with GPS.
• Performing other assigned tasks within the scope of duties and responsibilities and cases referred by the superior.

• Familiarity with the principles of warehouse management and supply chain.
• Ability to work with warehouse management systems.
• Skill in recording and maintaining inventory.
• Ability to review and process warehouse data.
• Ability to report accurately and systematically.
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve conflicts.
• Ability to write and edit warehouse documentation.
