شرح وظایف:

• پیگیری سفارش‌های خرید تا مرحله دریافت کالا.
• انجام کلیه امور مرتبط با ثبت سفارش‌ها.
• پیگیری و انجام امور مربوط به حواله‌های ارزی.
• هماهنگی و انجام امور مرتبط با بیمه، ترخیص کالا و حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های بازرگانی (از جمله گزارش خرید، سفارشات در جریان، قیمت‌ها و سایر گزارش‌های مرتبط).

مهارت‌ها و توانمندی‌ها:

• توانایی برقراری ارتباط مؤثر و مداوم با تأمین‌کنندگان، واحد مالی، انبار و سایر واحدهای مرتبط.
• تسلط کامل به سامانه جامع تجارت.
• مسلط به سامانه EPL.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزار راهکاران.
• زبان انگلیسی بالاتر از متوسط.
• مسلط به اکسل در سطح پیشرفته.
