شرح شغل و مسئولیت ها:
مشارکت در تدوین برنامه‌های استراتژیک سازمان (کوتاه‌مدت و میان‌مدت)
طراحی، تدوین و پایش بودجه‌های سالانه و دوره‌ای
تحلیل عملکرد مالی و عملیاتی و شناسایی انحرافات بودجه‌ای
ارائه تحلیل‌های تصمیم‌سازی به مدیریت ارشد
طراحی و ارائه سناریوهای مختلف (What-if Analysis) برای تصمیمات کلان
پشتیبانی تحلیلی از پروژه‌های توسعه‌ای و تحول سازمانی
تعریف، استقرار و پایش OKRها و شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد
تهیه داشبوردها و گزارش‌های مدیریتی تحلیلی
همکاری نزدیک با واحدهای مالی، عملیات و منابع انسانی برای هم‌راستاسازی استراتژی‌ها
مستندسازی فرآیندهای برنامه‌ریزی و بهبود مستمر آن‌ها

شرایط احراز (مهارت‌ها و شایستگی‌ها)
حداقل 2 سال سابقه مرتبط در Strategic Planning، FP&A، Business Analysis
تسلط به Budgeting، Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB)، Cost-Benefit Analysis
تسلط بالا به Excel پیشرفته
آشنایی یا توانایی کار با ابزارهای تحلیلی Power BI، Python، Matlab
توانایی تحلیل داده، تفکر ساختاری و حل مسئله
مهارت ارتباطی قوی و توانایی ارائه گزارش به مدیران
دقت بالا، نتیجه‌گرایی و مسئولیت‌پذیری

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Participating in the formulation of the organization's strategic plans (short and medium term)
Designing, formulation and monitoring of annual and periodic budgets
Analyzing financial and operational performance and identifying budget deviations
Providing decision-making analyzes to senior management
Designing and presenting different scenarios (What-if Analysis) for macro decisions
Analytical support of development and transformation projects Organizational
Definition, establishment and monitoring of OKRs and key performance indicators
Preparation of dashboards and analytical management reports
Close collaboration with finance, operations and human resources units to align strategies
Documentation of planning processes and their continuous improvement
Requirements (skills and competencies)
At least 2 years of related experience in Strategic Planning, FP&A, Business Analysis
Mastery of Budgeting, Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB), Cost-Benefit Analysis
High proficiency in advanced Excel
Familiarity or ability to work with analytical tools Power BI, Python, Matlab
Ability to analyze data, structural thinking and problem solving
Strong communication skills and the ability to present reports to managers
High accuracy, result orientation and responsibility
