Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with teams of engineers, product owners, and designers to develop exceptional features for our users
- Breaking down technical and business challenges into manageable requirements
- Leading the development team, assigning tasks to meet Roadmap objectives
- Addressing questions and providing problem-solving support to team members
- Continuously monitoring and improving team members' performance
- Researching and incorporating the latest tools, technologies, and innovative solutions while encouraging knowledge sharing
- Conducting code reviews and actively participating in coding tasks

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven CTO-level expertise in management and team leadership.
- Over five years of experience in software development, with expertise in MERN Stack: MongoDB, Express, ReactJS, NodeJS
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- A focus on achieving results
- A keen willingness to learn, research, and introduce new ideas for system enhancement
- Background in developing systems based on a micro-service architecture
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming Principles (OOP) and design patterns
- Proficiency in algorithms, data structures, and Test-Driven Development
- Proficiency in MySQL, NoSQL databases
- Proficiency inFamiliarity with CI/CD and Docker
- Proficiency in caching technologies like Redis and message brokers such as RabbitMQ

You should feel comfortable with:
- Writing and speaking fluent English
- Striking a balance between code perfection and real-world time-to-market considerations
