* نقش و هدف شغل:
مدیریت و بهینه‌سازی کلیه فرآیندهای برنامه‌ریزی تولید، تأمین مواد، لجستیک و انبارها
هدف نهایی این جایگاه، اطمینان از جریان پیوسته و کارآمد مواد و اطلاعات در زنجیره تأمین سازمان است.

* شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:
برنامه‌ریزی، هماهنگی و کنترل بین واحدهای فروش، تأمین، تولید و تضمین کیفیت جهت تحقق اهداف تولید و تحویل به موقع سفارشات
مدیریت داده‌ها و گزارش‌دهی تحلیلی در حوزه‌های تولید، انبار، برنامه‌ریزی و ترابری جهت تصمیم‌سازی مدیران ارشد
نظارت و بهینه‌سازی عملیات انبارداری، کنترل موجودی، کاهش خسارات و ضایعات مرتبط
تعریف و اجرای پروژه‌های بهبود مستمر در فرایندهای برنامه‌ریزی و لجستیک
مشارکت در امور تحقیق و توسعه (R&D) با رویکرد افزایش بهره‌وری، ارتقاء کیفیت و بهبود فرآیندهای تولید

* شرایط احراز:
حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در حوزه برنامه ریزی یا لجستیک
آشنایی کامل با فرآیندهای زنجیره تأمین، انبارداری، ERP / MRP، و اصول برنامه‌ریزی تولید
توانمندی در تحلیل داده، تصمیم‌گیری سریع و مدیریت بحران
تسلط بر نرم‌افزارهای تحلیلی
مهارت بالای مدیریت تیم و ارتباطات بین واحدی

* Role and purpose of the job:
Management and optimization of all processes of production planning, supply of materials, logistics and warehouses
The ultimate goal of this position is to ensure the continuous and efficient flow of materials and information in the organization's supply chain. Production and quality assurance to achieve production goals and timely delivery of orders
Data management and analytical reporting in the areas of production, warehouse, planning and transportation for senior managers to make decisions
Supervision and optimization of warehousing operations, inventory control, reduction of losses and related waste
Definition and implementation of continuous improvement projects in planning and logistics processes
Participation in research and development (R&D) with the approach of increasing productivity, improving quality and improving processes Production

* Qualifying conditions:
At least 5 years of related work experience in the field of planning or logistics
Complete familiarity with supply chain processes, warehousing, ERP / MRP, and production planning principles
Ability in data analysis, quick decision-making and crisis management
Mastery of analytical software
High skill in team management and inter-unit communication
