We are looking for a skilled and reliable Backend Developer proficient in both Golang and TypeScript to join our growing technical team at RCOINX, a cutting-edge cryptocurrency exchange platform.
This is a remote, part-time role — ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and is excited about building next-gen crypto infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain backend services using Golang and TypeScript (Node.js or Deno)
- Design and optimize RESTful APIs and WebSocket services for real-time crypto trading
- Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of backend components
- Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message brokers like Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ
- Write clean, well-tested code with proper unit and integration tests
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers
- Participate in code reviews and share technical knowledge across the team
- Support infrastructure deployment using Docker and optionally Kubernetes
- Bonus: Experience in crypto, DeFi, or fintech platforms
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Golang and backend development
- Solid experience with TypeScript for backend services
- Familiarity with REST, WebSocket, and preferably gRPC
- Strong understanding of databases and messaging tools (PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka/NATS)
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and microservices
- Proficient in English (written and verbal) for communication and documentation
- Previous experience working with remote teams, Jira, and Slack
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a distributed team
