کاری که انجام خواهید داد:

- از مطابقت با مقررات تجارت بین المللی، قوانین گمرکی و سیاست های داخلی شرکت اطمینان حاصل کنید.
- روابط قوی با شرکت های حمل و نقل، حمل و نقل کالا، و شخص ثالث ارائه دهندگان تدارکات را برای بهبود عملکرد ارائه دهند و ارائه دهندگان خدمات را رهبری کنید. نظارت بر kpis و تهیه گزارش‌های دقیق در مورد عملکرد لجستیک، شناسایی ریسک‌ها و فرصت‌ها برای بهبود مستمر.
- با تیم‌های متقابل (تدارکات، فروش، امور مالی، و عملیات) همکاری کنید تا استراتژی‌های لجستیک را با اهداف کلی کسب‌وکار همسو کنید.
- پیاده‌سازی و نظارت بر سیستم‌های فناوری لجستیک (tms-visibility و ارتقای عملیاتی، wms) ابتکاراتی برای پایداری و اتوماسیون فرآیند در عملکرد لجستیک.

چیزی که ما به دنبال آن هستیم:

- حداقل مدرک لیسانس در بازرگانی یا سایر زمینه های مرتبط.
- حداقل 5 سال تجربه در لجستیک و عملیات
- مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
- دانش قوی در مورد مقررات بین المللی مشکلات و مقررات حمل و نقل، حل مشکلات بین المللی و مقررات حمل و نقل سفارشی. مهارت با توجه به جزئیات.
- مهارت در نرم افزار لجستیک.
- مهارت های ارتباطی و مذاکره قوی.
- توانایی کار تحت فشار و مدیریت اولویت های متعدد.

At Daria Chem Co, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Logistic Coordinator to join our expanding logistic team. If you enjoy helping your colleagues, we would like to meet you.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and internal company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and service providers to secure favorable terms and improve performance.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed reports on logistics performance, identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, finance, and operations) to align logistics strategies with overall business goals.
- Implement and oversee logistics technology systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) to enhance operational visibility and efficiency.
- Drive initiatives for sustainability and process automation within the logistics function.

What We Are Looking For:

- At least bachelor’s degree in commerce, or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of Experience in logistics and operation
- Fluent in English.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs, and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in logistics software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
