رئیس برنامه ریزی | Head of Planning

شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر تدوین و پیاده‌سازی استانداردهای مدیریتی و سیستم‌های کیفیت در واحدهای مختلف شرکت.
• نظارت بر اجرای صحیح استانداردها و فرآیندها به منظور حفظ کیفیت و بهره‌وری در عملیات.
• همکاری با واحدهای عملیاتی و فنی جهت شناسایی و کاهش خطرات و اصلاح فرآیندها.
• به‌روزرسانی و نگهداری مستندات مرتبط با استانداردها و سیستم‌های مدیریتی.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مدیریت صنعتی، مهندسی صنایع یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل پنج سال تجربه کاری در زمینه سیستم‌های مدیریتی و استانداردهای کیفیت (ISO 9001 ،ISO 14001 و غیره).
• آشنایی با استانداردها و مقررات صنعت پتروشیمی.
• توانایی کار در محیط های پویا و تطبیق سریع با تغییرات.
• آشنایی با سیستم‌های یکپارچه مدیریتی (ERP).

Responsibilities:
• Monitoring and implementing managerial standards and quality systems in different units of the company.
• Monitoring the proper implementation of standards and processes to maintain quality and productivity in operations.
• Cooperation with operational and technical units to identify and reduce the risks and modify processes. In industrial management, industrial engineering or related disciplines.
• at least 5 years of work experience in management systems and quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
• Introduction to Petrochemical Industry standards and Regulations.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and rapid matching with changes.
. Familiar with integrated management systems (ERP)
