- Drive ERP-related projects and act as subject matter expert to support system enhancements and new implementations.
- Manage ERP incidents, problem resolution, change requests, and ensure alignment with ITIL operational standards.
- Lead and mentor the ERP support and operations team to achieve performance, SLA targets, and continuous service improvement.
- Develop and maintain ERP performance monitoring, reporting, and capacity planning.
- Coordinate with outsourcing vendors and internal IT teams to ensure timely delivery of ERP
