Business and Data Analyst
We’re looking for a skilled Business and Data Analyst who’s great with Python, SQL, and Excel to join our team. The right person will be able to use their strong business sense, analytical skills, and technical know-how to dig into large datasets, spot trends, and provide practical insights. This role is perfect for someone who’s proactive, loves solving problems, and can work well with different teams to help make data-driven decisions and support important business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret large datasets to provide meaningful insights and support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries to efficiently extract and manipulate data from databases.
• Use Python for data analysis, automation, and visualization.
• Create advanced models, dashboards, and reports in Excel to effectively communicate insights.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve business processes.
• Design and implement data-driven solutions to monitor business performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data in all analyses and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Strong understanding of business processes, metrics, and strategies.
• Ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and propose practical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in predictive modeling or statistical analysis.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
