یک شرکت فعال و پیشرو در حوزه سرمایه‌گذاری‌های کلان در کشور، به یک مدیر مالی با تجربه و توانمند نیاز دارد:

شرح مسئولیت ها:

• مدیریت و هدایت تیم حسابداری
• نظارت کامل بر امور مالی و حسابداری و اطمینان از انطباق با قوانین و استانداردها
• طراحی و اجرای استراتژی‌های مالی کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت شرکت
• مدیریت جریان نقدی، سرمایه در گردش و پایش عملکرد مالی
• تحلیل و پایش شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد (KPI)
• ارائه گزارش‌های دقیق و مدیریتی به مدیرعامل و هیئت‌مدیره
• مدیریت ذی‌نفعان و برقراری ارتباط مؤثر با بخش‌های داخلی و بیرونی
• نظارت بر انطباق عملیات مالی با قوانین بیمه‌ای و مالیاتی
• مدیریت افراد نفر زیرمجموعه
• الزامات رفتاری: دقیق، پیگیر، منضبط، دلسوز، توانایی پیشبرد صفر تا صد امور و ارائه راه‌حل

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی کافی با استانداردهای حسابداری و ارائه صورت‌های مالی و صورت‌های مالی تلفیقی
• تسلط کامل بر سیستم حقوق و دستمزد، بیمه، مالیات حقوق و حضور در هیئت‌های بدوی
• تسلط کافی در صدور اسناد حسابداری و کار با سامانه مودیان مالیاتی
• حداقل 10 سال تجربه کاری مرتبط
• ترجیحاً تجربه در صنعت مالی و خدمات
• رده سنی ترجیحی: حداکثر تا 50 سال

An active and leading company in the field of large investments in the country needs an experienced and capable financial manager:

Description of responsibilities:

• Management and guidance of the accounting team
• Full supervision of financial and accounting affairs and ensuring compliance with laws and standards
• Designing and implementing short-term and long-term financial strategies of the company
• Management of cash flow, working capital and financial performance monitoring
• Analysis and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI)
• Providing accurate and managerial reports to the CEO and the board of directors
• Managing stakeholders and establishing effective communication with internal and external departments
• Monitoring the compliance of financial operations with insurance and tax laws
• Management of subordinates
• Behavioral requirements: accurate, persistent, disciplined, caring, ability to advance zero to a hundred issues and provide solutions

Qualification conditions:

• Adequate familiarity with standards Accounting and presentation of financial statements and consolidated financial statements
• Complete mastery of the payroll system, insurance, salary tax and attendance at primary boards
• Sufficient mastery in issuing accounting documents and working with the taxpayer system
• At least 10 years of related work experience
• Preferably experience in the financial and service industry
• Preferred age category: up to 50 years
