Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information, and facilitating communication between sales representatives.
- Confirming the accuracy of weekly zone performance with sales managers.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure effective communication, provide the necessary information, and support them in achieving their sales targets.
- Make monthly sales summaries and update project sales records.
- Handle activation team issues, send contracts, and prepare reports on consumables.
- Track issues, create performance templates, and inquire about vendors.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with project management.
- Ability to do sales documentation and good at reporting.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
