Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information, and facilitating communication between sales representatives.
• Confirming the accuracy of weekly zone performance with sales managers.
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure effective communication, provide the necessary information, and support them in achieving their sales targets.
• Make monthly sales summaries and update project sales records.
• Handle activation team issues, send contracts, and prepare reports on consumables.
• Track issues, create performance templates, and inquire about vendors. 

 

Requirements:

• Familiarity with project management.
• Ability to do sales documentation and good at reporting.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
