Legal Specialist

This role includes handling Ta’zirat cases, labor court matters, and customer complaints; conducting store audits; and liaising with various organizations based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a system to monitor legal and regulatory changes that may impact store operations

• Ensure that any relevant changes in laws and regulations are promptly communicated to the appropriate internal teams

• Proactively address and resolve challenges the organization faces when dealing with government entities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with federal, state, and local authorities, regulatory bodies, and key policymakers

• Escalate organizational matters to the appropriate government entities to achieve mutually beneficial solutions and agreements

• Manage relationships with public-sector organizations to ensure smooth approval processes and obtain support in special or urgent cases

Skills:

• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Strong proficiency in using computers and standard office software

• Good understanding of legal and commercial issues and related challenges

• Proficiency in the English language
