Responsibilities
- Periodic review of actuals vs budget for ventures;
- Cross checking the business reports with accounting reports
- Monitoring P&L performance (throughout the month) and proactively identifying opportunities for enhancement;
- Preparing consolidated forecasts and past performance reviews for weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings;
- Improving automation of periodic financial performance review;
- Supporting in delivering ad-hoc requests for the board/investors;
- Defining and analyzing key business metrics to track ventures’ performance and identify areas for improvement.
Job requirements
- A degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, MBA or other relevant fields.
- Fluency in English both written and spoken.
- At least 2-3 years of related experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in areas including business planning, P&L analysis, and business analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data
- Solid communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills:
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- Previous experience with stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with SQL and Python.
- Completion of CFA Level I is a plus.
