Your job as a Product Manager, will help Smartech Products to Materialize the company vision, Release new features and Improve the quality of our services/products. Your efforts will ensure the sustainable growth of Smartech’s solutions for the variety of businesses using our products. You will work closely with our product leads and development teams to Strategize, Discover and Deliver our Solutions to various stakeholders.
What you will do (Responsibilities):
- Provide business and product vision, direction, and strategy to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the development life cycle, through a comprehensive discovery and validation process
- Working directly with products leads to building product strategies and goals.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products and present complex business and technical concepts clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Coach and mentor others in the team with respect to fulfill end-user needs across segments and personas.
- Influence leaders across the organization and gain buy-in for complex specifications.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with overall company strategies in line with defining customer needs and the associated features and solutions to meet those needs.
- Ensure that products solve customer and business problems and are stable in production, satisfying scalability, reliability, performance, and business goals.
- Meet with product users to obtain a comprehensive understanding of needs and constraints.
- Conduct user and competitive research for products.
- Report on key product metrics.
- Analyze and interpret data and create data funnels where necessary.
- Ability to divide large projects into iterative releases.
- Facilitate communication across internal teams and explain the value of new initiatives.
- Drive conflict resolution across product development teams.
- Work within and plan against a defined release schedule.
- Recommend new methods for efficiency to support our methodologies and key business partners.
- Spearhead change management activities to drive successful adoption of capabilities.
Job Requirements:
- MA/BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Business Management.
- Process and business understanding of Marketing and Advertising Technologies.
- Experience delivering products that incorporate advanced analytical techniques, data-driven decision processes, and applied statistical methods.
- Experience in leading product development from start to finish, including customer-facing products, with the ability to drive prioritization consensus across business units and serve as an effective liaison between customers and engineering.
- Demonstrated solid judgment and effective communication skills.
- Ability to see the big picture, while navigating technology and partner development decisions and tradeoffs.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on communicating technical requirements and solutions to internal and external audiences in Farsi and English.
- Negotiation and influence management skills.
Understanding eCommerce business systems, business processes and having experience in SaaS products is a big plus.
