Nafis Ara Company is looking for an administrative and human resources expert who will be coordinated with the administrative and human resources responsibilities of the organization and cooperate in order to improve the organizational processes.
Responsibilities: Administrative
- Coordination of meetings and appointments
- Proficient in physical and system filing and classification of documents
- Proficient in administrative and personnel matters (formation of files, software registration, approval of verdict, issuance of contract).
- Implementation of recruitment and recruitment process
- Follow-up to renew the organization's licenses
- Follow-up on matters related to purchasing and supplying and equipping the organization
- Supervision of all service and security matters
- Follow-up on welfare service processes and organization events and conferences
Competencies:
-familiar with labor laws and social security insurance
-at least 3 years of related work experience
- Familiar with the set of office programs
- Skill in writing letters and administrative correspondence
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team
