متخصص هوش مصنوعی | Artificial Intelligence Expert

شرح شغل: طراحی و توسعه راهکارهای هوش مصنوعی برای حل مسائل مالی، بیمه‌ای و درمانی با تمرکز بر مدل‌های زبانی بزرگ و هوش مصنوعی عامل‌محور.
*وظایف و مسئولیت‌های اصلی:

• طراحی و پیاده‌سازی مدل‌های زبانی بزرگ (LLMs) برای تحلیل داده‌های مالی، بیمه‌ای و درمانی
• توسعه و استقرار هوش مصنوعی عامل‌محور (Agentic AI)
• تحقیق‌وتوسعه در زمینه‌های نوین هوش مصنوعی و ادغام مدل‌ها با داده‌های سازمانی
• همکاری با تیم‌های تخصصی (مالی، درمانی، فناوری) برای خلق راهکارهای کاربردی
• ارزیابی، بهینه‌سازی و استقرار مدل‌های AI در محیط عملیاتی (Production)
• تولید گزارش‌های تحلیلی و ارائه بینش‌های داده‌محور برای تصمیم‌گیری مدیران سازمان
• نظارت بر عملکرد مدل‌ها و بهبود مداوم بر اساس بازخوردهای واقعی

*مهارت فنی/نرم‌افزاری/برنامه‌نویسی:

• دانش بنیادین در مفاهیم هوش مصنوعی شامل شناسایی الگو (Pattern Recognition)، یادگیری ماشین (Machine Learning) و یادگیری عمیق (Deep Learning).
• تسلط بر مدل‌های زبانی بزرگ (مانند GPT، LLaMA، BERT یا مدل‌های بومی).
• تجربه عملی با فریم‌ورک‌های Hugging Face Transformers، PyTorch یا TensorFlow.
• مهارت قوی در برنامه‌نویسی پایتون و کتابخانه‌های علمی (NumPy، Pandas، Scikit-learn، LangChain ، Tensorflow).
• دانش عمیق در پردازش زبان طبیعی (NLP)، یادگیری ماشین و یادگیری عمیق
• آشنایی با ابزارهای استقرار مدل (مانند Docker، FastAPI، Kubernetes)
• تجربه کار با داده‌های سازمانی (مالی، بیمه‌ای یا درمانی)
• تسلط نسبی به زبان انگلیسی برای مطالعه مقالات و مستندات فنی

Job Description: Designing and Developing AI to solve financial, insurance and therapeutic issues with focusing on large language models and agent -based artificial intelligence.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Design and Implementation of LGMS Models (LLMS) for financial, insurance and therapeutic data analysis.
* Development and establishment of Agentic AI.
* Research and Development in the new fields of artificial intelligence and integration of models with organizational data.
* Collaborate with specialized teams (financial, therapeutic, technology) to create practical solutions.
* Evaluation, Optimization and Deployment of AI models in Operations.
* Production of analytical reports and providing data -based insights to decide the organization's managers.
* Monitoring the performance of models and continuous improvement based on actual feedback.
Technical/Software Skills/Programming:
-Fundamental knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts including pattern recognition, machine learning and deep learning (Deep Learning). Native).
-Practical experience with hugging face transforms, pytorch or tensorflow.
-strong skills in Python programming and scientific libraries (Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, LangChain, Tensorflow). Deep
