شرکت افرا کیمیا آرا به دنبال جذب یک کارشناس فنی و بازرگانی به شرح زیر می باشد.

مسئولیت ها:

- ارائه مشاوره فنی به مشتریان و پیشنهاد بهترین راه‌حل‌ها برای نیازهای آن‌ها

- تعامل با مشتریان برای جمع‌آوری بازخورد و بهبود خدمات

- برگزاری جلسات و ارائه محصولات به مشتریان جدید و قدیمی

- مدیریت و پیگیری سفارشات مشتریان و اطمینان از تکمیل به موقع آنها

- آشنا به مواد اولیه صنعت شوینده، آرایشی و بهداشتی

- تسلط کافی به زبان انگلیسی و ترکی استانبولی

-زبان روسی

- آشنا با مفاهیم اولیه فروش و بازرگانی

-مقایسه فنی محصولات و ارائه گزارش کارشناسی جهت انتخاب گزینه مناسب

شایستگی ها:

- مدرک تحصیلی در رشته شیمی

- تسلط کامل بر نرم‌افزارهای Microsoft Excel، Word، PowerPoint و Outlook

- توانایی تعامل و ارتباط موثر با مشتریان

Afra Kimia Ara Company is seeking to recruit a technical and commercial expert as follows.

Responsibilities:
- Providing technical advice to customers and proposing the best solutions for their needs
- Interacting with customers to collect feedback and improve services
- Holding meetings and presenting products to new and old customers
- Managing and following up customer orders and ensuring their timely completion
- Familiar with the raw materials of the detergent, cosmetic and hygiene industry
- Adequate command of the language English and Turkish
- Familiar with the basic concepts of sales and business
-Technical comparison of products and providing an expert report to choose the right option
Competencies:
- Degree in Chemistry
- Full mastery of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with customers
