About the Role

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to be a technical leader and key contributor to our core platform. In this role, you will take ownership of designing, building, and scaling our cloud-native services in Go. You will move beyond just coding—you will mentor other engineers, drive architectural decisions, and partner with product teams to shape the future of our technology stack. Requirements

• Deep knowledge of scalable, cloud-native, and distributed services.
• Extensive experience with Go, design patterns, and commonly used software architectures.
• Extensive hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), including their core compute, networking, and storage services.
• Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) and key-value (e.g., Redis, etcd) databases and data modeling.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Experience with observability and monitoring stacks and exposing relevant metrics.

Responsibilities

• Leading the technical design and architecture for complex, cross-functional projects, from initial concept through to production.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining highly scalable and reliable software services.
• Mentoring and coaching junior and mid-level engineers, fostering their growth and upholding engineering best practices.
• Taking full ownership of services and systems, including their operational health, scalability, and long-term maintenance.
• Partnering with product managers and stakeholders to influence the technical roadmap and translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
• Collaborating on the design and implementation of software infrastructure for use in Dadehat products.
• Proactively identifying and driving improvements in code quality, system performance, and development processes.
• Analyzing project and stakeholder requirements to provide technical solutions and participate in decision-making.
• Conducting high-quality code reviews for teammates and providing effective, constructive feedback.
