Description

Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Possibility of cooperation in the morning shift and evening shift
Answering and checking calls, incoming chats
Refer, track and record incoming calls
Manage and resolve problems or conflicts or customer complaints
working hours : 8:00 am- 16:00 pm & 16:00 pm - 00 am
Requirements
Have good listening skills
Having problem solving skills
Familiar with support affairs
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
Familiarity with our industry is a plus
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
