Nobitex is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and a deep understanding of business operations.

Responsibilities:

Research industry standards and competitors to establish benchmarks.
Compare the company’s performance, processes, and products against leading competitors.
Identify areas for improvement and set performance targets.
Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices
Understanding business objectives and Translate business objectives into research steps.
Conduct surveys and other research methods to collect data on customer preferences, behavior, and relevant information.
Collect data from external sources (e.g., social media, published reports, website analytics) on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidating information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
Use integrity measures (e.g., null hypothesis testing) to check quality of recorded data
Evaluate findings and analyze data to provide actionable insights.
Transform raw data to Knowledge and insights.
Communicate results effectively to stakeholders and managers

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in related field.
Master degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or other related fields is typically required.
Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Strong mathematical and data modeling skills. Adequate knowledge of statistics (e.g., hypothesis tests, sampling methods)
Proficiency in statistical technologies (e.g., Python, R, Excel). The ability to manipulate large, complex data sets into manageable, understandable reports.
Strong communication skills to present the insights to managers.
Thoroughness in analyzing data and identifying trends.
Attention to detail and organizational skills. Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational, time management and presentation skills, and ability to work in fast paced, fast changing environment.
Strong research skills for benchmarking against industry standards.
Familiarity with market research methodologies.
Familiarity with scrum concepts and principles and Jira software as a user (not Admin).
Experience of working on agile teams.
English language proficiency (A TOEFL or IELTS certificate is advantageous).
Experience or familiarity with Crypto Industry is a bonus.
