Role Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Sales Growth Manager to design and implement growth strategies that revitalize dealer networks and create new revenue streams. This role plays a critical part in driving sales expansion and market development while leading multiple high-impact teams. You will report directly to the COO and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Design & Execution:
Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies centered on user experience and business goals.
Growth Experiments & MVPs:
Ideate, define, test, and execute Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and growth experiments to validate new opportunities.
Customer Retention & Reactivation:
Plan and run programs aimed at increasing customer retention, reactivation, and new customer acquisition.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work in close alignment with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to ensure unified execution across departments.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
Continuously monitor team performance, define and refine KPIs, and apply insights for ongoing improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in Growth, Business Development, or Sales Strategy roles.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or similar).
Demonstrated experience in KPI design and performance monitoring frameworks.
Ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams effectively.
Strategic mindset with a bias for rapid execution and experimentation.
