Role Overview:
The Customer Support and Retention Specialist at Aron Groups is a vital part of our customer service team. The primary goal of this position is to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve customer issues efficiently, and implement strategies to improve customer retention.
The Customer Support and Retention Specialist at Aron Groups is a vital part of our customer service team. The primary goal of this position is to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve customer issues efficiently, and implement strategies to improve customer retention.
What We Are Looking For:
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is required. An advanced degree or certification in a related field would be a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary. Experience with remote communication platforms and customer service software is essential.
- Experiences: At least 3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the financial industry. Experience in a remote work environment and in customer retention strategies is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are crucial. The ability to work independently, strong empathy, and being a team player are also important. We value individuals who can handle pressure and challenges effectively.
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in English at least 60%.
- Proficiency in the third language such as Arabic, Turkish, and Kurdish would-be a plus.
Responsibilities:
The Customer Support and Retention Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and implementing customer retention strategies. They will also be expected to provide feedback on customer service processes and contribute to the improvement of customer service quality.
Working Hours: 9 hours in rotating shifts (6 days a week)
