To acquire, onboard, and support key sellers through effective negotiation, contract management, and on-site training, ensuring successful collaboration and early-stage performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate and negotiate with key sellers, conduct contract signing, and deliver on-site training
- Maintain and update contracts, documentation, and sales-related administrative records
- Record negotiation outcomes and completed sales in Google Sheets and other defined sales tools
- Prepare analytical reports on negotiation performance, success rates, and challenges, and present them to management
- Monitor and evaluate seller performance during the first month of collaboration
Requirements
- Familiarity with sales principles, phone negotiation, and effective communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and basic data analysis
- Strong follow-up and execution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Creative, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
- Experience or familiarity with FMCG and online service sales
