TECH SUPPORT ENGINEER
Position Overview:
• BSS solutions for billing and customer care domain
• L1 /L2 Engineers - Support and Services
• Will be a member of MSO support team.
• He should be able to manage the Tecnotree Applications & should be able to communicate well with the customer.
• He must regularly communicate with Offshore/Onsite for Reporting Purposes and to Provide On-Time Resolution.
What are we seeking?
• Primary Skills
• SQL, MongoDB Query Language, Cassandra DB, MYSQL, UNIX, Web Logic/Java Basics.
• Strong Team Player
• Good Analytical Skills
• Knowledge on Shell scripting,
• Know-how on containers, dockers, ranchers an advantage.
Preferred skills:
• Telecom BSS Knowledge.
Essential Job Functions:
• Problems/Issues/Defects Recording and Dissemination
• Diagnostics of Problems/Issues/Defects
• Ownership of Problems/Issues/Defects Ticket until Resolution
• Problems/Issues/Defects Analysis
• Follow-up and Resolve Problems/Issues/Defects within SLA
• Workaround, Corrective Fixes, Removal of Data Errors
• Application Maintenance
• Provide necessary Application log to L3/SME & all required support to diagnose a reported problem • Regular Reporting on Open/In Progress/Resolved Tickets to Next Level Managers • Pro -Active Communications (internal and external)
