At this role, you are going to manage all Tara social media accounts including Instagram, LinkedIn, and perhaps X and other platforms. This job requires constant communication with our audience to create valuable conversations and increase audience social capital, in regards with our brand and mission.Here below are some of this role’s responsibilities:Get access and manage all Tara social media and messenger channel accountsSocial media analysis using every platform’s internal analytics as well as other platformsParticipate in developing overall social media communications strategy based on prior analysisCreate media calendar based on audience insights, interest, and Tara social presence strategiesIdeate and create interactive, engaging content for audienceEstablish two-way communication with audience to generate value and develop a community around Tara brand and servicesSupervise social media campaigns, influencer marketing, and agencies relationsAnalyze and prepare timely reports for activities and campaignsContinuously optimize activities and recommend enhancements based on previous findingsHere are some hints and requirements we find useful to be successful at this role:Consider Tara social media accounts as a way of creating a network for Tara brandBe active and spontaneous on all platformsMaintain online presence as much as possibleHave creator experience in platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Telegram, Tik Tok, and YouTubeHave previous experience with global and local analytics, social listening, and other social media related platformsKnowing about local social media and messenger apps is a plusHaving good knowledge of marketing is highly valuedIf you find this job opportunity challenging enough, and have a feeling that this could fit to your interests, do not hesitate to apply.
