مسئولیت‌های شغلی:

• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی های منابع انسانی همسو با استراتژی های کلان کسب و کار و اهداف رشد سازمان
• همکاری با مدیران ارشد برای ادغام استراتژی منابع انسانی با چشم‌انداز کلی سازمان
• تدوین و نظارت بر برنامه‌های رفاهی و انگیزشی با هدف افزایش رضایت کارکنان
• هدایت تحول دیجیتال در واحد منابع انسانی، شامل پیاده‌سازی سیستم‌های یکپارچه مدیریت منابع انسانی و ابزارهای هوش تجاری
• ایجاد برنامه‌های جامع نگهداشت کارکنان

شایستگی‌های تخصصی:

• تسلط بر فرایندهای سرمایه انسانی
• تسلط بر فرایند بازاریابی و تبلیغات 
• تسلط بر مدل های ارزیابی عملکرد
• تسلط بر فرایندهای توسعه سرمایه انسانی
• تسلط بر قوانین کار و تامین اجتماعی

شایستگی‌های عمومی:

• مدیریت منابع
• برنامه ریزی و سازماندهی
• مهارتهای ارتباطی و شبکه سازی
• آشنا به حوزه توریسم سلامت 

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری: دارای حداقل5 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در بخش مدیریت حوزه سرمایه انسانی در شرکتهای بزرگ
• ساعت حضور در کلینیک :هر روز از ساعت 9 الی 17
• بازه حقوق : 80 تومان به بالا

Job responsibilities:
Development and implementation of human resources strategies in line with the macro business strategies and growth goals of the organization
Collaboration with senior managers to integrate the human resources strategy with the overall vision of the organization
Development and supervision of welfare and motivational programs with the aim of increasing satisfaction Employees
Direct digital transformation in the human resources unit, including the implementation of integrated human resource management systems and business intelligence tools
Creating comprehensive employee retention programs
Specialized competencies:

Mastery of labor laws and social security
