شرکت دایان ورزش ایرانیان به دنبال جذب یک کارشناس بازرگانی داخلی برای پیوستن به تیم خود در مشهد میباشد.
مسئولیت و وظایف:
شناسایی، ارزیابی و مذاکره با تامینکنندگان (تولیدکننده، واردکننده)
دریافت، ثبت و پیگیری درخواستهای خرید
ثبت و مدیریت سفارشات خرید در سیستم
کنترل قیمتها، دریافت پیشفاکتور و بررسی کیفیت کالا
هماهنگی برای حملونقل، تحویل کالا و انبارش
تهیه گزارشهای دورهای از وضعیت خرید و تامین
نظارت بر اجرای قراردادها و تعهدات تامینکنندگان
انجام تحقیقات بازار و بررسی روند قیمتها
شرایط احراز
حداقل کارشناسی (مدیریت، بازرگانی، صنایع یا رشتههای مرتبط)
حداقل 2 سال سابقه کار مرتبط
آشنایی کامل با فرآیند خرید و اصول بازرگانی
تسلط کامل به سامانه ستاد ایران
دقت بالا، روحیه پیگیری، مسئولیتپذیری و نظم
آشنایی با مفاهیم انبار و زنجیره تامین (مزیت محسوب میشود)
آشنایی با خرید خارجی و مکاتبات انگلیسی (در صورت نیاز شرکت)
توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر با تامینکنندگان
Dayan Sarath Iranian company is looking to attract a domestic business expert to join its team in Mashhad.
Responsibilities and duties:
Identifying, evaluating and negotiating with suppliers (manufacturers, importers)
Receiving, registering and tracking purchase requests
Registering and managing purchase orders in the system
Controlling prices, receiving proforma invoices and checking product quality
Coordinating for transportation, delivery of goods and storage
Preparing periodical reports on the status of purchases and supplies
Monitoring the implementation of contracts and supplier commitments
Conducting market research and checking the price trends
qualification conditions
at least bachelor degree (management, commerce, industries or related fields)
at least 2 years of related work experience
complete familiarity with the purchasing process and business principles
complete mastery of the Iranian headquarters system
high accuracy, follow-up spirit, responsibility and order
familiarity with warehouse and supply chain concepts (considered an advantage)
familiarity with foreign purchasing and English correspondence (if The company's need)
Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers
