Why do we need this role?
We’re looking for an experienced Agile Coach who lives and breathes business agility at scale not just software teams, but the entire company (Growth, Commercial, Finance, Product, Operations, People). You will own the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of our OKR framework and agile ways of working across all functions, ensuring ruthless focus, alignment, and velocity.
What responsibilities does this role include?
- Own the company wide OKR process : design cycles, facilitate quarterly planning, coach leadership on ambitious yet realistic goal setting, run confidence voting, and track health metrics (OKR completion rate, ambition index, alignment score).
- Drive business agility transformation beyond engineering: implement cross-functional squads, kanban for Growth & Commercial, Scrum of Scrums, PI planning style events, and async decision making rituals.
- Coach functional leads on agile leadership, outcome over output thinking, and running effective OKR reviews.
- Design and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), All Hands OKR syncs, and Moonshot Days that keep the entire company aligned and energized.
- Build and maintain agile performance dashboards (OKR progress, cycle time, squad health checks, dependency maps) integrated with Jira, Notion, and our internal analytics.
- Train and certify internal champions (OKR Masters, Squad Leads) and gradually create a self-sustaining agility culture.
- Partner with the Excellence Manager to align OKRs with performance management, career paths, and compensation.
If you have these qualities, you will enjoy success in this job:
- 3+ years as an Agile Coach, or Head of Business Agility in a high-growth tech/fintech company (100–500 people during hyper growth phase is ideal).
- Proven track record of rolling out and scaling OKRs company wide
- Deep expertise in non software agility: Growth hacking squads, sales kanban, finance forecasting ceremonies, etc.
- Mastery of tools: Jira Advanced Roadmaps, Miro/Trello, Notion,Tableau/Looker for OKR dashboards.
- Exceptional facilitation & coaching skills able to influence C level without authority and run high energy workshops.
