Social Media Supervisor (External Contract)

Social Media Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns.

Content Creation and Curation:

• Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Ensure content is on-brand, consistent, and aligned with the company’s messaging.

Social Media Campaigns:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote our services, products, and brand.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Audience Engagement:

• Foster a sense of community and engagement with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Encourage user-generated content and user participation.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Utilize social media analytics tools to track and report on key metrics.
• Generate regular reports to measure the impact of social media efforts and identify areas for improvement.

Compliance and Best Practices:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices.
• Ensure compliance with social media policies and regulations.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Communication:

• Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, customer support, and sales, to align social media efforts with overall company objectives.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to gather information and insights for content creation.

Education:

•       Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience in social media management, with at least 2 years.
