شرح شغل & نیازمندی ها:

• آشنایی کامل با قوانین و انجام تکالیف در امور بیمه، مالیات، سامانه مودیان و...
• ثبت، صدور و کنترل گزارش‌های خرید و فروش در سامانه مالیاتی
• ثبت نام پرسنل جدید در سیستم مالیاتی، بارگزاری فایل های مورد نظر، کنترل و دریافت رسید مالیات
• تهیه اسناد و ارسال گزارش‌های صورت‌حساب‌های ارزش افزوده در پایان هر فصل برای حسابرسی
• تهیه پرونده مالیاتی EOS
• تهیه صورت‌های مالی اساسی: ترازنامه، سود و زیان، جریان وجوه نقد
• تهیه و صدور اسناد حسابداری و کنترل اسناد، مدیریت حسابها، اصلاح حسابها
• بررسی حساب‌ها مرتبط به شرکت‌های پیمانکاری
• محاسبه استهلاک دارایی‌ها
• کنترل فاکتورهای فروش صادر شده با سوابق حسابداری ثبت شده در حساب‌ها
• کنترل هزینه‌ها با پرونده‌های ارسالی به سایت مالیاتی در حین بررسی سازمان امور مالیاتی
• صدور چک و مدیریت آنان
• تنخواه گردانی و مغایرت گیری

Job Description & Requirements:

• Full familiarity with the laws and doing homework in insurance, tax, taxpayer system, etc.
• Registering, issuing and controlling purchase and sale reports in the tax system
• Registering new personnel in the tax system, uploading the desired files, controlling and receiving tax receipts
• Preparing documents and sending value added statement reports at the end of each quarter for audit
• Preparing the EOS tax file
• Preparing basic financial statements: balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow
• Preparation and issuing accounting documents and controlling documents, managing accounts, correcting accounts
• Checking accounts related to contracting companies
• Calculating asset depreciation
• Controlling issued sales invoices with accounting records recorded in accounts
• Controlling expenses with files sent to the tax site during the investigation of the tax affairs organization
• Issuing checks and managing them
• Payroll and discrepancies
