کارشناس پشتیبانی فنی سامانه های درمانی | Software Support

شرح موقعیت شغلی:
نیروی متخصص و متعهد را به عنوان کارشناس پشتیبانی فنی، نگهداری و بهبود عملکرد سامانه‌های نرم‌افزاری درمانی،
این جایگاه شغلی شامل پشتیبانی نرم‌افزاری و شبکه، عیب‌یابی تخصصی، رفع اشکال و همکاری در توسعه و ارتقاء سامانه‌ها و همچنین ارتباط با ماژول‌های سخت‌افزاری و تجهیزات پزشکی مخصوصاً دستگاه‌های تصویربرداری پزشکی می‌باشد
مسئولیت‌ها:
• پشتیبانی و نظارت بر عملکرد سامانه‌های درمانی
• عیب‌یابی نرم‌افزاری و شبکه‌ای و ارائه راهکار در کمترین زمان ممکن
• تحلیل و بررسی لاگ‌های نرم‌افزاری، سیستمی و پایگاه‌داده
• پیکربندی، به‌روزرسانی و نگهداری سرویس‌ها و سرورها
• مستندسازی فرآیندها و تغییرات انجام شده
• همکاری با تیم توسعه در رفع باگ‌ها و بهبود عملکرد سامانه
• آمادگی ارائه خدمات در شیفت‌های بیست‌وچهارساعته در هفت روز هفته و تعطیلات در صورت نیاز
مهارت‌های موردنیاز:
• آشنا بر پایگاه‌داده Oracle و زبان SQL شامل توانایی نوشتن کوئری و تحلیل لاگ‌های دیتابیس
• آشنا با IIS شامل پیکربندی، عیب‌یابی و مانیتورینگ سرویس‌ها
• تسلط بر مفاهیم شبکه با تمرکز بر ارتباط دستگاه‌ها (تصویربرداری پزشکی) با سرور، مدیریت و تنظیم آدرس‌های IP و اطمینان از اتصال صحیح سرویس‌ها
• توانایی انجام پورت فورواردینگ بر روی انواع مودم‌ها و مسیریاب‌ها
• تسلط بر Windows Server با تمرکز بر مدیریت فضای ذخیره‌سازی، تخصیص فضا به درایوها و پارتیشن‌بندی
• تسلط در سطح متوسط بر یک زبان برنامه‌نویسی ترجیحاً (SE) Java به منظور درک و ویرایش کدهای موجود
• توانایی استفاده از ابزارهای دیباگ نرم‌افزاری برای شناسایی و رفع اشکالات
• تسلط بر تحلیل و مانیتورینگ لاگ‌ها در سطوح نرم‌افزار، سیستم‌عامل و پایگاه‌داده
• داشتن آشنایی با استانداردهای تبادل داده پزشکی مانند DICOM و HL7 و همچنین تجربه کار با سامانه‌های نرم‌افزاری بیمارستانی یا تجهیزات پزشکی مزیت محسوب می‌شود

Description of the job position:
The specialized and committed force as an expert in technical support, maintenance and improvement of the performance of medical software systems,
This job position includes software and network support, specialized troubleshooting, troubleshooting and cooperation in the development and upgrading of systems, as well as communication with hardware modules and medical equipment, especially medical imaging devices.
Responsibilities: The shortest possible time
• Analyzing and checking software, system and database logs
• Configuring, updating and maintaining services and servers
• Documenting processes and changes made
• Cooperating with the development team in fixing bugs and improving system performance
• Willingness to provide services in twenty-four hour shifts, seven days a week and on holidays if needed
Required skills:
• Familiar with Oracle database and SQL language including the ability to write Query and analysis of database logs
• Familiar with IIS including configuration, troubleshooting and monitoring of services
• Mastery of network concepts focusing on the connection of devices (medical imaging) with the server, management and setting of IP addresses and ensuring correct connection of services
• Ability to perform port forwarding on all types of modems and routers
• Mastery of Windows Server with a focus on managing storage space, allocation of space to drives and partitioning
• Intermediate level mastery of a language Programming preferably (SE) Java in order to understand and edit existing codes
• Ability to use software debugging tools to identify and fix bugs
• Mastery in analyzing and monitoring logs at the software, operating system and database levels
• Familiarity with medical data exchange standards such as DICOM and HL7 as well as experience working with hospital software systems or medical equipment is considered an advantage
