-ارائه رهبری عملیاتی عملیات انتقال برای اطمینان از در دسترس بودن/کیفیت کلیه شبکه Mtnirancell TX (فعال و منفعل).
-مدیریت موجب اتمام انتقال ، مطابق با استانداردهای MTNIRANCELL ، مطابق با توپولوژی انتقال تعریف شده ، رویه نگهداری و توانایی های فناوری ، ترم MW ، تضمین مسائل و پیوندهای گسل بالا ردیابی شده و برای نظارت بر تهیه گزارش ها برای اطمینان از دسترسی به خدمات پیوندهای ارائه شده
-ایجاد و تعریف روشهای عملیاتی برای مدیریت خدمات پیشگیری و نگهداری تصحیح برای همه دستگاههای فعال TX. راندمان شبکه TX از طریق تغییر و پشتیبانی عملیاتی
-نظارت و مدیریت برای پیگیری اجرای برنامه های ارائه شده توسط TX برنامه ریزی برای داشتن پیوندهای قابل اطمینان تر و پایدارتر.
-مدیریت فعالیت های روزانه پیوندهای TIC ، از جمله اجرای تسهیلات و پشتیبانی و هدایت عملیات TX برای حفظ یکپارچگی شبکه Mtnirancell GSM. برای اطمینان از تمام کارکردهای عملکرد TX ضمن حفظ نظم و انضباط و سیاست های TX انجام شده است. کارشناسی درجه در ارتباطات/ الکترونیک
-مسلط به انگلیسی

*تجربه
-حداقل 5 سال تجربه در یک محیط اصلی عملیات انتقال و اجرای اصلی
-پایه و اساس کامل در نیاز به یک شبکه GSM از نظر کلیه نیازهای انتقال
-تجربه در یک محیط رول سریع و مدیریت فنی نوبت به فروشندگان
-تجربه در مدیریت
-تجربه در مدیریت

*Mission
-Provide operational leadership of Transmission Operation to ensure availability/quality of all MTNIrancell TX network (Active and Passive).
-Manage transmission availability according to MTNIRANCELL standards, in line with the defined transmission topology, maintenance procedure, and capabilities of technology.

*Roles & Responsibilities

-Monitor links availability and performance of fiber transmission, synchronization system, and MW, ensuring issues and high fault links are tracked and to monitor reports preparation of all issues to ensure service availability of provided links
-Establish and define operational procedures for managing services preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for all TX active devices
-Define appropriate operational procedures and processes for all core TX network deployments
-Ensure and monitor the high availability of transmission routes including leased lines
-Manage network TX efficiency through change and operational support
-Monitor and manage to track the implementation of the plans provided by TX planning to have more reliable and stable links
-Manage day-to-day activities of the TIC links, including facilities implementation & support and guiding the TX Operations to maintain the integrity of the MTNIrancell GSM Network
-Monitor the performance of TX Network and turnkey vendors, and guide engineers on preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities required
-Balance requirements and demands from multiple BSS and NSS vendors, as well as internal customers
-Ensure all TX operation functions are done while maintaining TX operation discipline and policies
-Manage OPEX cost for TX core and access
-Ensure TX network downtime is mitigated with the least effect on the MTNIrancell network
-Develop SLA and KPI of Transmission operations in the outsourced environment and with managed services in line with business requirements

*Education
-B.Sc. Degree in Telecommunication/ Electronics
-Fluent in English

*Experience
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in a core transmission operation and implementation environment
-Thorough grounding in the requirement of a GSM network in terms of all transmission requirements
-Experience in a rapid roll-out environment and management of turn-key vendors
-Experience in managing technical experts
