مدیر مالی | Financial Manager

شرکت سالار گستر، یکی از شرکت‌های پیشرو و معتبر در زمینه تولید قطعات خودرو می‌باشد که نیازمند مدیر مالی با تجربه و ماهر برای تکمیل تیم خود می‌باشد.

وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:
-هماهنگی امور مالی شرکت شامل: مدیریت بودجه، پیش‌بینی جریان‌های نقدی، هزینه‌های آتی و… .
-تهیه گزارش‌های حسابداری شامل: پیش‌بینی سود، هزینه‌ها، مطالبات، وضعیت نقدینگی، بهای تمام شده و…
-تحلیل روند بازار و رقبا به‌منظور شناسایی فرصت‌های گسترش.
-تمرکز بر حداکثر کردن منابع مالی به نفع سهامداران شرکت.
-انجام مذاکرات مالی با بانک‌ها و سایر مؤسسات مالی به‌منظور تأمین منابع مالی مورد نیاز.
-طراحی و تدوین برنامه‌های تجاری بلندمدت با استفاده از داده‌های گزارش‌های حسابداری.
-پیش‌بینی روندهای مالی آینده و اتخاذ تصمیمات بر اساس آن.
-تهیه گزارش‌ها و اطلاعات مالی دقیق و به‌موقع
-تنظیم و ارائه صورت جریان وجوه نقد
-پیش‌بینی و تحلیل سودآوری
-مدیریت و کنترل اعتبارهای مالی
-مشارکت در تصمیم‌گیری‌های استراتژیک مالی و ارائه ایده‌های نو در زمینه سرمایه‌گذاری
-پیش‌بینی مالی برای دوره‌های کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت

شرایط احراز:
- حداقل مدرک لیسانس در رشته مالی، حسابداری یا رشته‌های مرتبط
- تجربه حداقل 5 سال در حوزه مدیریت مالی، ترجیحاً در شرکت‌های بزرگ
- تسلط کامل به نرم‌افزار حسابداری راهکاران
- توانایی تحلیلی بالا و آشنایی با ابزارها و تکنیک‌های مالی
- مهارت‌های ارتباطی بسیار خوب و توانایی کار در تیم

Duties and responsibilities: - Coordinating the company's financial affairs including: budget management, forecasting cash flows, future expenses, etc. - Preparation of accounting reports including: forecasting profits, expenses, claims, liquidity status, cost price, etc. - Analyzing market trends and Competitors in order to identify expansion opportunities.
-Focus on maximizing financial resources for the benefit of the company's shareholders.
-Conducting financial negotiations with banks and other financial institutions in order to provide the required financial resources. Review
- Profitability forecasting and analysis
- Management and control of financial credits
- Participating in financial strategic decisions and presenting new ideas in the field of investment
- Financial forecasting for short and long-term periods

Qualification requirements:
- At least a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in large companies
- Complete mastery of accounting software Solutions
- High analytical ability and familiarity with financial tools and techniques
- Very good communication skills and the ability to work in a team
