Responsibilities:
- Ensure all digital service channels (web, app, etc.) are fully optimized to meet key business goals such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and continually improve the end-to-end online customer experience across campaigns in collaboration with the commercial, product, analytics, and communications teams.
- Collaborate with UX/CX, product, design, content, and analytics teams to plan and execute conversion tests. Manage the process from hypothesis creation to test execution, including quality assurance (QA) and documentation.
- Analyze potential initiatives from strategic, technical, and financial perspectives to ensure high-value projects are prioritized, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in customer events, such as advisory boards, trade shows, and marketing initiatives, to gather insights and shape customer-centric strategies in partnership with marketing and regional teams.
Requirements:
- Proficient in interpreting complex data and generating actionable insights using tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- In-depth knowledge of optimization techniques, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, and funnel analysis to enhance performance.
- Demonstrated ability to set clear objectives, track key metrics, and evaluate the success of optimization initiatives.
- A solid understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior
