To support developing procedures for monitoring related links for the SMC to handle common tasks.To liaise with EB and Enterprise Customers to ensure effective network operation for IP WAN Enterprise services.To use knowledge of traffic policy concept to reroute traffic from one direction to another and provide solutions to change live configuration based on OPSF and BGP protocols, if needed.To analyze and troubleshoot network communications failures and bottlenecks, apply configuration received from the planning department, and check service status with the client.To deal with vendors ensuring their performance and compliance with SLA during the role out of the IP WAN enterprise network.To support the line manager in developing appropriate standards and practices for IP WAN Enterprise services and ensure that they are documented, maintained, and applied to all services.To supervise daily operational tasks for the MVNO network, including troubleshooting and monitoring Customer, IP Security, and PS network sides.To prepare the appropriate procedures for IP WAN Enterprise services network availability and ensure for applying themTo supervise troubleshooting of IP WAN Enterprise services problems quickly and provide second-line engineering solutions.To define appropriate procedures and supervise the day-to-day operational functions related to Enterprise Network equipment.To ensure maintenance and support of the Internet/Intranet and all external connections to provide the required availability for any Enterprise service in the company network.To supervise, monitor, and control Quality of Service (QoS) to ensure high availability of the Enterprise network.To supervise all changes in Enterprise routers and switches and ensure the operation of all IP WAN Enterprise changes with the minimum impact on the live network to obtain the best quality and availability.To ensure and support monitoring of IP WAN Enterprise Services performance, track the issues and high fault links, and provide reports of all issues to ensure service availability of provided links.To liaise with service partners and customers to fix issues and problems in the minimum possible time.To ensure the day-to-day operational function relating to IP WAN Enterprise equipment and network is monitored.To ensure documentation of IP WAN Enterprise databases and configurations in accordance with standards, including but not limited to the following documents: Detailed Engineering Requirements, Detailed Reference Design, and Detailed Integration Test Plan documents.To supervise the operation of all IP WAN Enterprise network deployments and routes based on defined procedures by operation subdivision.To ensure proper implementation of the operational defined procedures and policies for all IP WAN network.Job Requirements:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; with experience in supervising/managing othersExperience working in a medium organizationAt least 2 years of operational experienceExperience with traffic policy concept and rerouting traffic, designing network in big size, OPSF and BGP protocols, VPN, and TunnelsBachelor Degree in Technology Systems (Telecommunication Engineer / Information Technology) or relatedFluent in EnglishTo cooperate with design teams to review the operational readiness of new projects, actively contribute to solution design, and develop standards where appropriate.
