مدیریت و نظارت بر عملکرد تیم تولید

شرایط احراز:
حداقل3 سال تجربه مرتبط در خطوط تولید صنعت تجهیزات پزشکی و یا داروسازی
آشنایی با فرآیندهای تولید و کنترل کیفیت
توانایی هدایت تیم و حل مسائل عملیاتی
روحیه همکاری و مسئولیتپذیری بالا
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the performance of the production team
Plan, coordinate, and monitor production activities in line with company objectives
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
Ensure compliance with production processes, quality standards, and operational procedures
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in production lines within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
Solid knowledge of production processes and quality control systems
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and resolve operational issues
High level of teamwork, accountability, and responsibility
