شرح شغل:

• تهیه و تنظیم دستورالعمل‌ها، روش‌ها و رویه‌های مالی به منظور ایجاد هماهنگی و انجام عملیات حسابداری بر اساس استانداردهای معین.
• شناسایی، طبقه بندی و گزارش اطلاعات مالی.
• کنترل اسناد مالی صادره و تطبیق با استانداردهای مالی.
• کنترل نقدینگی و تامین موجودی به موقع بانک‌ها.
• کنترل وتنظیم اظهارنامه مالیاتی و اظهارنامه مالیات بر ارزش افزوده.
• مدیریت امور حقوق و دستمزد، مغایرات بانکی، قیمت تمام شده، گزارشات فصلی و مالیات بر ارزش افزوده.

شرایط احراز:

• تسلط کامل به استانداردهای حسابداری.
• تسلط کامل به نرم‌افزارهای مالی.
• تسلط کامل به تسهیلات و بانک‌ها و تامین مالی.
• تسلط کامل به قوانین بیمه و مالیات و وزارت کار و تهیه اظهارنامه مالیاتی.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در صنعت دارو الزامی‌ست.
• مسلط به اصول حسابرسی، مالیاتی و حسابداری مدیریت.
• آشنایی کامل با حسابداری صنعتی.
• هوش ریاضی و محیطی بالا.
• سرعت عمل بالا در انجام امور.
• مسلط به تهیه صورت‌های مالی و توان تجزیه‌وتحلیل صورت‌های مالی.
• مسلط به بهای تمام شده شرکت‌های تولیدی و بازرگانی.
• آشنایی با روند فاکتور رسمی و نکات قانونی مربوطه.
• مسلط به سامانه‌های مودیان، جامع انبارها و توانایی به‌روزرسانی اطلاعات.

Having at least 3 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry is required.

Identification, classification and reporting of financial information.
Control of issued financial documents and compliance with financial standards.
Liquidity control and timely supply of banks.
Controlling and adjusting tax declarations and value added tax declarations.
Mastering the principles of auditing, taxation and management accounting.
Full familiarity with industrial accounting.

Proficient in preparing financial statements and the ability to analyze financial statements
Proficient in the cost of manufacturing and trading companies
Management of payroll, bank reconciliations, cost price, quarterly reports and value added tax
Familiarity with the official invoice process and related legal points
Mastery of Modian systems, comprehensive warehouses and the ability to update information
